What to include
- Your myshopify.com shop domain.
- The page and action that produced the problem.
- The exact error text and approximate time.
- A screenshot with private account details removed.
- For Google issues, the Merchant Center issue type or ID if available.
Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, full card details, or reviewer credentials.
Billing and cancellation
GMC Fix Map paid plans use Shopify App Pricing. Approve, change, or cancel a plan through Shopify. Include the shop domain and plan name in a billing request; never send payment-card details.
