1. Service

GMC Fix Map is a read-only diagnostic app that checks Shopify product readiness and can map optional Google Merchant Center issues to likely Shopify targets. It does not edit products, themes, feeds, orders, or checkout settings.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to install and use the app for the relevant Shopify shop and Google Merchant Center account.

2. Plans and Shopify billing

Free and paid plans provide different features. Paid subscriptions are created, approved, changed, cancelled, and billed through Shopify App Pricing. Shopify's billing terms also apply.

You can change or cancel a paid plan through Shopify. A paid feature is available only while Shopify confirms the required active subscription. Plan features and pricing may change prospectively with notice where required.

3. Diagnostic scope and limits

A catalog scan currently checks up to 500 Shopify products and the first 100 variants of each product. The app marks a result as partial when a shop exceeds those limits and preserves existing findings instead of treating unchecked items as resolved.

Live Merchant Center import requires an eligible paid plan, a supported Google Merchant Center account, and a successful Google OAuth connection. Third-party API availability, permissions, quotas, and account eligibility can affect results.

Findings are diagnostic evidence and recommended review steps. They do not guarantee product approval, account approval, policy compliance, sales, traffic, or recovery from suspension.

4. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing findings before changing a product, policy, feed, storefront, or business process. You must not use the app unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or connect accounts you do not control or have permission to use.

Do not send passwords, secret keys, full card details, or unnecessary personal data through support channels.

5. Availability and support

We aim to operate the service reliably, but continuous availability and complete issue discovery are not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, API changes, rate limits, or security controls can temporarily limit features.

Support is provided through the GMC Fix Map support page. We may suspend access needed to protect merchants, the service, or third-party platforms from misuse or security risk.

6. Intellectual property

VaultDevLabs retains rights in GMC Fix Map, its software, documentation, branding, and original diagnostic methods. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the app for your authorized business purposes while your access remains active.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including lost profit, revenue, traffic, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability related to GMC Fix Map is limited to the amount paid for the app in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Termination and governing law

You may stop using or uninstall the app at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, or security risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer or local law that applies.
